Privacy Policy
This extension is an independent third-party tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by supported AI chat platforms.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the Smart-Group Your AI Chat browser extension, official promotional website, and associated service.
2. Data we process
Authentication
After the user starts grouping, the extension reads the platform sign-in session information needed to complete the requested operation. The current release supports Doubao. Sign-in information is not exposed to the wizard or shared with AI or payment providers.
Project names and chat titles
We process existing project names and identifiers, ungrouped chat titles and identifiers, grouping plans, and execution results. Message bodies are not read.
Refinement and usage
Plan-adjustment messages are used to refine grouping. AI token usage and an anonymized account identifier support billing, order reconciliation, and error recovery.
Orders
We process amounts, merchant order numbers, status, payment time, and provider transaction IDs. We do not directly collect card numbers, payment passwords, or verification codes.
3. Purposes
Data is used only for authentication, retrieval of grouping summaries, plan generation and execution, usage calculation, payment, security, troubleshooting, refunds, and legal obligations. It is not used for advertising, cross-site tracking, credit scoring, or lending decisions.
4. Sharing
Minimum necessary data may be sent to the AI chat platform currently used by the user, the configured AI provider, payment provider, and email provider. The currently supported platform is Doubao. AI providers do not receive platform cookies; payment providers do not receive project names or chat titles. Actual providers and policy links will be listed before public release.
5. Retention
Authentication and grouping-session data are kept only as long as needed to complete a request and are cleared after a reasonably short operational window. Records needed for billing and order reconciliation remain until settlement or a valid deletion request. Payment and dispute records may be retained as required by law.
6. Security
We use transmission protection and access controls appropriate to the risk. Sensitive credentials are not included in public downloads.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction by emailing blue.lanju@gmail.com with the subject “Data request.” Uninstalling clears browser-session tokens but does not automatically erase payment records that must be retained.
8. Updates and contact
